To foster the development of community, family and individual potential and capabilities which support healthy, self sufficient, fully functional lives for children, families and adults of all ages.

We will accomplish this through...

  • Researching current and future developmental needs
  • Including consumers in identifying needs and developing appropriate responses
  • Partnering wtih other organizations to assure effective use of area resources
  • Giving special attention to those not otherwise served
  • Raising community consciousness concerning critical issues and advocating the development of appropriate responses
  • Modeling an organizational environmental that is positive and supportive.
